ABOUT FLAMECOOL · OCTOBER 17, 2026
Built by People Who Know Remote Work and Camp Life
FLAMECOOL grew from practical experience with remote jobs, long trips and the recurring inconvenience of relying on ice.
FLAMECOOL started with a problem Travis Esliger knew firsthand: a cooler works until the ice melts, and replacing that ice can interrupt the very trip that took you away from town.
Travis's background includes commercial fishing, gold mining and diamond drilling. Those jobs teach a practical kind of problem solving because equipment has to make sense in rough conditions, far from convenient backup.
Jessie Tatlock, FLAMECOOL's CEO and Travis's lifelong friend, also comes from a blue-collar and gold-mining background. As an avid camper and outdoorsman, he understands the importance of dependable equipment and straightforward setup.
That experience shapes the product goal. FLAMECOOL is being developed as portable active refrigeration for compatible standard coolers without requiring a household electrical hookup, large battery system or generator.
The company is still validating the prototype. Final performance, runtime, compatibility, certifications and production details will only be published when repeatable testing supports them.
FLAMECOOL is not being built around an imaginary customer. It is being built for the campers, anglers, hunters, remote workers and off-grid travellers Travis and Jessie have worked and travelled beside.
